Where do you ship?

Across India. Prepaid orders ship free, express by default.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Express delivery usually reaches metros in 2–4 days and the rest of India in 4–7 days.

What does “upcycled” actually mean?

Every glass, lamp, sipper and bowl we sell started life as a real bottle — Absolut, Old Monk, Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose. We clean them, cut them and finish them by hand instead of letting them end up as landfill. Upcycled, not recycled: the bottle keeps its character, it just gets a new job.

Are the glasses safe to drink from?

Yes. Every piece is thoroughly cleaned and the cut edges are smoothed and finished by hand before it ships. Treat them like any other glassware: hand wash recommended.

Why do products sell out so fast?

Most pieces exist in batches of five — we're limited by the bottles we can source. If something you want is gone, join the email list and you'll hear when the next batch lands.

What are the Essence of Extinction fragrances?

Three small-batch scents — Megalodon, Haast's Eagle and Titanoboa — each inspired by a creature that no longer exists. Full scent notes are on each product page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Glass travels risky roads. If anything arrives broken or damaged, email support@reliqor.in with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

Can I return or exchange an order?

Write to support@reliqor.in within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Damaged items are always replaced free.
